The Youth League Committee of the High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University held the third symposium of "Principals Face to Face" in the 2018-2019 academic year

On the afternoon of May 29, the third "Principal Face-to-face" activity of the 2018-2019 academic year was held in Conference Room 102, Huamao Building。A total of 17 representatives of student cadres from the school Youth League Committee, junior and senior high school students' Union, leadership training camp, student party school, student associations and some classes and Vice President Xie Juzhao held a one-hour face-to-face discussion。

The symposium focused on topics related to campus infrastructure, and 15 proposals from middle and high school students were discussed。The proposals are diverse, mainly involving infrastructure issues that are most closely related to students' daily study and life, such as the repainting and plastic replacement of the basketball court floor, bicycle parking and classroom air conditioning facilities, and the sealing of Windows。President Xie listened carefully to the proposals brought by the delegates and made a positive response to the appeals of the students。

Through the communication with President Xie, the representatives not only reflected the demands of the students, but also further understood the resource security department of the school, and had a deeper understanding of the hard work of the teachers。On behalf of the resource security department of the school, the principal said that on the basis of the students' proposals, comprehensive consideration of all factors, practical implementation and solution of problems, and escort for the students' study and life。

In the first semester of the 2018-2019 academic year, the Youth League Committee of Tsinghua High School Affiliated to the school launched a proposal solicitation for the students of the whole school, and the students responded warmly。In this semester, there were four "principal face to face" symposiums, each of which had relevant school leaders give feedback and reply to the proposals collected in the "Live Forever" activity。The "Principal Face to Face" activity builds a bridge of equal communication between the students and the school management, provides an open and transparent channel for students to express their demands, and helps the school to create a better and more convenient learning and living environment。
